Roles and permissions
The e-Analyze Risk platform relies on a role-based system to frame the actions each member can perform within the organisation. Three roles are available.
The three available roles
Owner Full access to the organisation. The owner can manage members, modify the organisation settings and access all projects.
Analyst The analyst can create and manage projects, launch pre-qualifications and risk analyses, and generate reports.
Viewer Read-only access. The viewer can consult existing projects and analyses but cannot perform any modification action.
Permissions matrix
The table below summarises the actions authorised for each role.

Role management is done from the Users page of the organisation. Only owners can add new members, remove a user or change the role of an existing member.
Change a member's role
To change a user's role:
- From the organisation's Users page, locate the row of the member concerned.
- Click the edit action.
- Select the new role from the dropdown.
- Confirm the change.
The new role applies immediately and the associated permissions take effect on the user's next action.
For sensitive accounts (owners), always have at least two owners in the organisation, so as not to lose access if one of them is unavailable.
