Login and first access

This page describes how to access the platform for the first time and the various situations you may encounter when logging in.

Authenticate via SSO​

Authentication to e-Analyze Risk lets you sign in using your usual corporate credentials. To do so, check that your identity provider (Microsoft, Google, etc.) appears in the list offered.

If it does, simply click on it to be redirected to your usual login page.

Authenticate via Email/Password​

If your administrator has provided you with an email/password pair, use them directly on the login page.

If SSO is unavailable and you have not received credentials, contact your administrator to find out how to access the platform.

Special cases on first access​

Depending on the state of your account, you may be redirected to a specific screen before reaching the platform.

You do not have an account yet​

If your email address is not recognised, you land on a screen indicating that no account is associated with your address. In this case, contact your organisation's administrator so they can create an account for you on the platform.

The email address entered does not match any user account on the platform. Contact your organisation's administrator to have an account created.

You are not attached to any organisation​

If your account exists but you are not attached to any organisation, the platform notifies you. Contact your organisation's administrator so they can add you to the relevant workspace.

tip

These two screens are safeguards: they prevent you from entering the platform without the necessary rights. If you encounter either of them, the displayed message specifies the steps to follow.

The onboarding wizard​

When you first sign in, an onboarding wizard opens automatically to finalise the setup of your account. It runs in two steps:

  1. Your profile information — Fill in your first name, last name and the additional information requested.
  2. Your attachment to an organisation — Join the organisation you have been invited to or select the one that corresponds to you.

Once the wizard is complete, you land directly on your workspace.

After login​

When you are authenticated and attached to an organisation, the platform automatically redirects you to the projects list of your organisation. This is your main entry point.

From this screen, you can:

  • View existing projects.
  • Create a new project.
  • Navigate to the other sections of the platform via the side menu.
