Analysis settings
The analysis settings control how the AI produces its proposals: volume of generated elements and level of detail of the descriptions.
Access the settings
From any tab of the risk analysis, click the Settings button at the top right. A side panel opens and lets you modify the options.
Analysis modes
Three predefined modes let you quickly configure all the generation settings:
| Mode | Volume | Verbosity |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Balanced (default values) | Standard |
| Concise | Reduced | Short |
| Detailed | High | Long |
The Standard mode is suitable for most projects. The Concise mode is useful for simple projects or when you want a quick overview. The Detailed mode is suited to high-stakes projects requiring exhaustive documentation.
Advanced settings
If the predefined modes do not fit your needs, you can configure each setting manually.
Generation volume
These settings set the maximum number of elements the AI will suggest at each step:
- Maximum feared events generated
- Maximum risks generated
- Maximum measures generated
You may for example limit the number of risks to keep a readable document, or on the contrary increase it to explore every avenue.
Verbosity
Each type of element has an independent verbosity setting, across three levels:
- Events verbosity: Concise / Standard / Detailed
- Risks verbosity: Concise / Standard / Detailed
- Measures verbosity: Concise / Standard / Detailed
The higher the verbosity, the longer and more substantiated the generated descriptions.
You can combine the settings: for example a high volume of events in concise verbosity, and a lower volume of risks in detailed verbosity. Adapt them according to the level of detail expected in your deliverable.
Organisation default values
The default values of the analysis settings are configurable at the organisation level. Any newly created project inherits these values.
Administrators can modify them from Settings > Default generation settings.
Settings changes made in a project only affect that project. They do not modify the organisation's default values.
