Feared events
A feared event is an undesirable impact scenario likely to affect one or more AICT criteria of your assets. This tab lets you identify, characterise and enrich the list of feared events of the project.
Generate the feared events
Click the Generate button to launch generation by the AI. It relies on the documents, assets, processes and AICT levels entered during qualification.
As on all Generate buttons of the platform, the magic wand (targeted generation) and the generation history are available here. Learn more
The magic wand is particularly useful here to target a specific criterion. For example, you can ask the AI to generate only events impacting Integrity, without touching the other criteria already handled.
Feared events table
Events generated or created manually are presented in a table:

Edit an event
The Edit action opens a form in which you can:
- update the description of the event
- adjust the associated AICT criteria by checking or unchecking A, I, C, T
An event can impact a single criterion or several, depending on its scope.
View the details of an event
The Details action opens a side panel on the right. You will find several sections.
Identification
- Event ID
- Full description
Impacts
Each impact associated with the event is characterised by three elements:
- Level — Low, Medium, High, Very high
- Category — for example Operational, Financial, etc.
- Justification — free text explaining why this impact is relevant
Two actions are available:
- Edit an existing impact (level, category, justification)
- Add an impact via the dedicated form (level, category, justification)
Linked processes
The panel displays the list of business processes affected by the event. These processes come from qualification.
Comments
A comments area lets you trace your exchanges on the event throughout the analysis: notes, pending questions, decisions made in meetings.
Add an event manually
If the AI has not covered a scenario you consider important, you can add an event manually from the dedicated button, then complete its impacts, AICT criteria and linked processes in the Details panel.
You can mix AI generation and manual additions. Both coexist in the same table and are treated the same way in the rest of the analysis.
Move to the next step
Once the feared events are consolidated, move to the Risks tab to associate one or more concrete risks with each event.
