Create a project
Creating a project is the first step before launching a risk analysis. This page details the creation procedure and the fields to fill in.
Start the creation
From the Projects overview page, click the Create a project button at the top of the list. A modal window opens with a form to complete.
Fill in the project information
The creation form contains the following fields:
- Project name (required) — the label that will identify the project in the list and in exports.
- Description — a free-text field that clarifies the context, scope or purpose of the project.
- Lifecycle status — New project, Improvement, Migration, Production or Legacy.
- Dependency type — Infrastructure or Service, depending on the nature of what you wish to analyse.
- Project language — the language used for AI generations and exports.
| Field | Example input |
|---|---|
| Project name | Finance ERP Migration 2026 |
| Description | Migration of the financial ERP to the new SaaS platform, as part of the Finance IS modernisation programme. |
| Lifecycle status | Migration |
| Dependency type | Service |
| Project language | English |
tip
The lifecycle and dependency type feed the filters on the projects list. Choose them at creation time to benefit from smoother navigation later.
After validation
Once the form is validated, the project is created and you are automatically redirected to its detail page. You can then start adding resources, launching qualification or attaching measure catalogues.
