Pre-qualification questions
Administrators only: This page describes a setting reserved for organisation administrators.
The pre-qualification questions form the questionnaire used during the pre-qualification phase of a project. They allow contextual risk factors (governance, technical environment, exposure to threats) to be assessed.
Role of the questions
The questionnaire feeds the pre-qualification summary and, indirectly, the whole analysis chain that follows. The wording and content of the questions therefore condition the quality of the assessments produced by the AI.
Each organisation can define its own set of questions to reflect its methodology and cyber priorities.
Questions list
The page presents all the questions configured for the organisation. Each question is available in two languages:
- French
- English
Both versions are presented in the table to let you maintain linguistic consistency as modifications are made.
Available actions
Three actions are offered:
- Add a question — enter the wording in French and English, then validate
- Edit — update either of the language versions
- Delete — remove the question from the questionnaire
Modified questions are only applied to new questionnaires generated after the modification. Already qualified projects keep the version used at the time of their pre-qualification.
Keep a short, focused questionnaire (around 20 questions): a questionnaire that is too long discourages analysts and dilutes the relevance of the summary.
