Stakeholders
Administrators only: This page describes a setting reserved for organisation administrators.
Stakeholders are internal or external actors responsible for, or involved in, the application of remediation measures. They are used to designate who drives or executes each measure in projects.
Role of stakeholders
In the remediation measures table, each measure can be associated with one or more stakeholders. This assignment clarifies responsibilities and facilitates the follow-up of the treatment plan.
The stakeholders configured here form the organisation's reference set: you find them in projects as a selection list.
Default set
The platform offers by default a list of common actors:
- Business Owner
- Development Team
- DevOps Team
- Executive Management
- External IT Provider
- Hosting / Cloud Provider
- Infrastructure Team
- Operations Support Team
- Regulatory Authority
- Security Team
You can keep this list as is, modify it or replace it with the labels in use in your organisation.
Available actions
Three actions are available on the reference set:
- Add — creates a new stakeholder
- Edit — updates an existing stakeholder
- Delete — removes a stakeholder from the reference set
Stakeholder fields
When adding or modifying, you enter three pieces of information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Stakeholder label |
| Description | Description of the role or scope |
| Colour | Colour used for display in measure lists |
The colour facilitates the visual identification of stakeholders in the measures table. Choose sufficiently contrasted hues to distinguish actors at a glance.
Align stakeholders with the actual organisation chart of your company. Analysts rely on these labels to exchange with operational managers: familiar names make the treatment plan more actionable.
Use in projects
To see how stakeholders appear in a project, see the Remediation measures page.
