Default generation settings

info

Administrators only: This page is restricted to organisation administrators.

The default generation settings define the behaviour automatically applied to all new risk analyses created in your organisation. You configure here a common baseline that ensures consistency across projects.

What are these settings for?

The values you enter on this page are automatically applied to every new project created in the organisation. They serve as the starting configuration for AI generations (feared events, risks, remediation measures).

You therefore do not need to redefine them for each project: the AI relies on these default values for the initial generations.

info

These settings can be overridden at the level of an individual analysis. See the Analysis settings page to adjust the values on a specific project.

Level of detail by type

For each type of element generated by the AI, you can choose the expected level of detail. Three levels are available:

  • Concise — Short descriptions focused on the essentials
  • Standard — Intermediate level suited to most projects
  • Detailed — Exhaustive descriptions with extended context and justifications

You set the level of detail separately for the following three types:

TypeDescription
Feared eventsUndesirable impact scenarios on assets
RisksCombination of source / event / likelihood / impact
Remediation measuresConcrete risk treatment actions
tip

For complex or sensitive projects, prefer the Detailed level. For quick or exploratory analyses, the Concise level is sufficient.

Maximum generated volume

You can also set an upper limit on the number of elements generated by the AI. This prevents overly long or unusable lists.

The three configurable volumes are:

  • Maximum number of feared events
  • Maximum number of risks
  • Maximum number of measures

During a generation, the AI stops once these thresholds are reached, prioritising the elements most relevant to the project context.

Override these settings on a project

The values configured here remain valid by default. From the Settings tab of an individual risk analysis, you can at any time override these settings for that specific project, without modifying the organisation configuration.

For more details, see the Analysis settings page.
