Manage assets
An asset is any element of the information system that may be exposed to risks: systems, data, processes, people, etc. This page lets you manage your organisation's asset catalogue.
The role of the asset catalogue
Assets are centralised at the organisation level, in a shared catalogue. They are then linked to your projects during qualification (the Assets subsection of the scoping cards), then used throughout the risk analysis to characterise feared events, risks and measures.
Take the time to properly document your assets before launching a qualification. A rich, precise catalogue improves the relevance of AI generations and saves you time on all your future projects.
The assets list
The page lists all the assets registered in the organisation. The table shows the following columns:

Add an asset
To add an asset to the catalogue, click the Add an asset button at the top of the page. A window opens with the following fields:
- Name — short label of the asset
- Description — detailed description (role, scope, dependencies, etc.)
- Type — asset category (see Asset types)
Once the form is validated, the asset is immediately available for all the organisation's projects.
Modify an asset
The Edit action opens the edit form pre-filled with the current values. You can update the name, description or type.
The changes are reflected across all projects that reference this asset.
Delete an asset
The Delete action removes the asset from the catalogue. First check that the asset is no longer used in active projects, otherwise you risk losing important links for the risk analysis.
Automatic generation from a project
You can also feed the catalogue without going through this page: in a project's qualification, the Assets subsection lets the AI automatically generate assets from the entered context. These assets are then added to the organisation's catalogue, where you can find them to validate, enrich or reject them.
